Slip D Rig
A step by step guide on how to tie a Slip D rig.
Use: Bottom bait. Wafter. Pop Up.
Difficulty: Medium.
What you will need:
A size 6 boilie beak hook.
Braided hook link.
Micro Ring Swivel.
A Gardner Covert Kicker.
A size 6 boilie beak hook.
Braided hook link.
Micro Ring Swivel.
A Gardner Covert Kicker.
Cut around 12 - 14 inches of hook link.
Fold back 2".
Fold back 2".
Pass the hook link loop through the front of the eye of the hook.
Place the swivel in to the loop.
Place the swivel in to the loop.
Pass the loop over the point of the hook.
Tie a 5 turn knotless knot.
Trim off the tag end of the loop and blob with a lighter.
Trim 2mm of the kicker and slide it over the knot.
Tie a figure 8 loop knot in the tail end of the hook link.
