Ronnie Rig
A step by step guide on how to tie a Ronnie Rig.
Use: Pop-up (also, a very effective Wafter rig. Shhhh.)
Difficulty: Medium.
What you will need:
Size 6 Gardner Mugga hook.
Quick Change ring swivel.
Micro rig swivel.
Anti Tangle tube.
Hook stop.
Size 6 Gardner Mugga hook.
Quick Change ring swivel.
Micro rig swivel.
Anti Tangle tube.
Hook stop.
Trim the Anti Tangle tube to around 3/4".
Thread the hook point through the trimmed tube.
The thicker part should be closest to the eye of the hook.
Thread the hook point through the trimmed tube.
The thicker part should be closest to the eye of the hook.
Add the Quick Change Ring Swivel through the eye of the hook.
Slide the tube over the QC swivel, as shown.
Add the micro rig swivel.
Add the hook stop, as shown.
Done.
